β€’ Strong technical background in industrial facilities & equipment. β€’ Strong knowledge of the industrial construction market, including key players, market trends, and competitive landscape. β€’ Proven track record of success in project management, facilities management, business development, sales, or related roles within the industrial construction industry. β€’ Willing to travel. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems, Salesforce preferred. β€’ Proficient in M365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc. β€’ Meticulous and self-motivated β€’ Strong customer service orientation
