Description

β€’ Provide exceptional customer service and waste support to clients. β€’ Coordinate office services such as data entry, clerical work, records control, creating forms, and preparing reports. β€’ Delivers outstanding service to both internal and external clients via phone, email, or in person. β€’ Facilitates communication channels to address customer queries effectively. β€’ Assesses new waste profiles for completeness, inputs data into the company system, and manages supporting documentation. β€’ Respond to customer inquiries, process orders, prepare correspondence, troubleshoot issues, and fulfill customer needs. β€’ Prepares shipping documents, including manifests, using correct DOT hazardous material descriptions for shipments. β€’ Serves as the initial point of contact for Sales, Operations, and Customer Support Management. β€’ Investigates billing discrepancies, processes adjustments, and manages invoicing and collections. β€’ Provides quotes and schedules and organizes trucking for efficient waste transportation logistics.

Requirements

β€’ 2-4 years experience in a customer-facing role addressing customer needs, preferably within the waste disposal, chemistry or related field. β€’ High School diploma or GED.
