Description
• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers. • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to retain business. • Increase customer penetration by selling full suite of products. • Develop and maintain knowledge of services and pricing structures. • Utilize Salesforce daily to document activities and proposals. • Respond to all cancellation requests according to policy.
Requirements
• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required) • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. (Required)
