Description

• The Sr. Analyst, Operations Technology plays a critical role in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of technology to improve operations and business benefits. • Supports cross-functional collaboration with Area leaders, Field leaders, Implementation team, Labor Relations, corporate stakeholders, Information Technology, and vendor groups. • This position supports a core and foundational component of the Company’s future-state roadmap and efforts to integrate and execute our operational technology and process-based solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team. • Prior experience in the waste industry or related field(s). • 5 years of experience in one or more roles focusing on process improvement and financial analysis in the waste industry or related field(s). • 2 years of experience performing systems analysis and translating business needs into definable systems solutions.
