Description

Requirements

• 6+ years experience leading an engineering team • Strong foundation in A/B testing-based product iterations • Experience leading consumer-facing development for iOS and Android apps • Collaborative partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering teams • Enjoy helping other teammates grow through mentoring • Knowledge of common software engineering patterns and practices • Experience with high traffic, scalable mobile applications • Strong bias to action and decision-making skills • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
