• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and branding strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and market positioning. • Manage and mentor a team of PR and branding professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. • Forge and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to enhance our visibility and reputation. • Coordinate brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity. • Oversee the execution of sponsorship deals and collaborations, maximizing brand exposure and engagement. • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and refine our branding efforts. • Prepare and manage the PR and branding budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. • Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring all internal and external communications reflect our values and mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, or a related field. • A Master's degree is a plus. • Proven track record of success in PR and branding, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. • Strong network of media and industry contacts. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a compelling, straightforward manner. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving both strategy and execution. • Deep understanding of the global fintech landscape, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics. • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
