Description

• This position will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies targeted at pharmaceutical companies, key accounts, and networks. • The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and medical affairs, to drive customer acquisition and engagement around Natera’s Signatera molecular residual disease (MRD) assay, real-world data products, and comprehensive oncology offerings. • Develop and execute account-based marketing plans that align Natera’s oncology products and partnering solutions to the needs of healthcare providers. • Develop and implement multi-channel B2B marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Natera’s offerings. • Manage the creation of marketing and sales collaterals to engage with decision-makers within key account organizations. • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies accordingly. • Identify and manage marketing and educational programs offered by key account organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required. • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in medical diagnostics / pharmaceutical / biotech or other related industry. • Experience in oncology and/or genomics strongly preferred • Proactive problem solver with the capability to handle novel and diverse work challenges on a daily basis. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate the complex simply. • Strong organizational / time management skills; manage and complete multiple projects. • Strong customer orientation and focus.
