β’ Be a part of helping people live healthy lives as our new eCommerce Sales Team Lead. β’ Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, the eCommerce Sales Team Lead role will have full P&L responsibility for Amazon. β’ Develop strategic plan to meet annual volume target. β’ Expand brand presence and drive growth by focusing on strategic initiatives like category expansion, pricing strategy, exclusive offerings, and marketplace strategy. β’ Oversee agency partners who support promotional planning, advertising activations, catalog insights, and eComm syndicated data.
β’ Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; plus 5+ years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. β’ Accountability for achieving results; having integrity & reliability; and self-development. β’ Strong ability to communicate in both written and oral form. β’ Strategic and analytical skills to understand and use syndicated data, internal sales information, and external competitive intelligence. β’ Strong financial and analytical acumen with a clear understanding of managing a P&L. β’ Proficient in Amazon Vendor Central, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook β’ Previous experience as a National Account Manager FMCG/CPG experience in 1P and 3P marketplaces preferred
