🎯 Requirements

• Proven Leader: 3-5 years of experience managing a B2B sales team, ideally in a fast paced/high growth environment. • Sales Expert: Strong understanding of the sales cycle with a history of hitting targets. • Strategic & Data-Driven: Ability to develop strategies and use data to drive improvement. • Team Player: Passionate about developing and supporting your team to succeed. • Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture and sales strategies. • Oversee performance management by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations to foster individual growth and team success. • Collaborate with leadership to build and refine sales playbooks, continuously improving sales processes, strategies, and tools to drive consistent results across the team.
