📋 Description
• Manage and support a team of Analysts for Tier 2 escalation support. • Capture and analyze operational metrics for team improvement. • Partner with stakeholders to improve operational errors. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and champion improvements. • Manage to and operate alongside business and organization SLAs. • Review campaign pacing trends and make informed recommendations. • Participate in new product and process releases. • Guide the team on management of tickets with support teams. • Communicate fulfillment and delivery issues clearly. • Utilize various internal systems for troubleshooting.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5-7 years of Digital Ad Ops experience. • Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership position within Advertising Operations. • Proven experience in delegation practices and management. • Experience leading a team of independent contributors. • Extensive experience troubleshooting digital ad campaigns and delivery issues. • Experience working with Looker for data analysis. • Understanding of campaign performance metrics. • Proven problem-solving/critical and analytical skills. • Experience trafficking in digital ad serving platforms.
