• nCino is seeking a skilled Credit Union Specialist to join our team. • Work in tandem with the direct sales team, product development, and professional services. • Provide and demonstrate customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process. • This role is vital in demonstrating the value of nCino’s products to credit unions and enhancing the overall member experience. • The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the consumer banking sector, particularly within credit unions.

Requirements

• Required Bachelor’s degree in a comparable field • 2+ years’ experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance in consumer banking or operations at a credit union. • Proven ability to build rapport with multiple teams, especially in a Sales environment • Ability to be flexible with new challenges and constant change in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly describe, educate, and persuade • Proven knowledge in consumer banking, mortgage, indirect lending, and financial services • Highly professional demeanor with the ability to present in front of large groups • Ability to react quickly to complex scenarios • Desired Salesforce experience • Extensive knowledge in areas of Loan Origination Workflow, nCino, SFDC, mortgage, indirect lending, industry best practices, etc. • Experience using one of nCino’s platforms to include: nCino BOS, Portfolio Analytics, nCino Mortgage, or Allegro Loan. • Travel Requirements Position requires up to 60% travel
