📋 Description
• Mobile Wave Solutions is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with Flutter/Dart. • Lead development of an innovative learning platform for healthcare professionals. • Provide technical leadership and ensure high code quality in a cloud-based context. • Aim to solve the healthcare skills crisis with free training for workers. • Shape the technical roadmap and mentor engineers in a high-performance team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software development • 3+ years of working experience in Flutter/Dart • Strong experience with Flutter/Dart for mobile & web development. • Backend development experience (C# preferred, or willingness to learn). • Experience working with AWS (Lambdas, DynamoDB, Cognito) or a strong interest in cloud-native development. • Deep understanding of automated testing and a passion for implementing best practices. • Experience in leading projects, making architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal onboarding. • A self-starter mindset with a problem-solving attitude. • Proficiency in English, spoken and written
