β’ 3-5 years of experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying SaaS sales role β’ Technical background with a deep understanding of database technology, data platforms, open source, and cloud ecosystems β’ Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology β’ Proficiency in modern sales software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) β’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth β’ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment effectively β’ Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
