Description

• Neptune Software is rewriting the rules of application development! • Our Low Code No Code platform is a digital game-changer, seamlessly integrating with existing IT landscapes. • We are looking for an individual who can support our customers and partners in their journey with the Neptune DX Platform. • As a Software Support Consultant, you will have a key role in maximising the Neptune DX Platform value for over 3 million users, in 41 countries. • You will register reported technical issues, decide on actions to resolve them, create Knowledge Base Articles, stay updated, and provide customer support. • You will help define ways to continually add value to the customer experience by advocating for them, answering questions, and testing new software releases and patches.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in web development. • 3 years of JavaScript experience. • 2-5 years of experience as a Software Support Consultant. • Advanced communication and writing skills, including document writing and editing, professional phone, email and chat communication. • Languages: Fluent English. • Nice to have Knowledge of ticketing systems. • SAP technology know-how. • SAP Cloud Platform. • Neptune DX Platform. • No code/Low code knowledge. • AI technology knowledge.
