β’ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field. β’ Proven track record of at least 5 years in enterprise and institutional sales, preferably within the blockchain and digital assets industry. β’ Strong understanding of enterprise requirements and market dynamics. β’ Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex and multi-year deals. β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. β’ Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset. β’ Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must. β’ Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
