Description

β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy, aligning with the overall business objectives of Nethermind. β€’ Identify and target potential enterprise clients, fostering relationships and managing the end-to-end sales process. β€’ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, actively prospecting new opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of institutional clients. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to effectively position Nethermind's products and services in the enterprise space. β€’ Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling Nethermind's offerings to clients. β€’ Represent Nethermind at industry events in your region, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish strong relationships within the enterprise and institutional community. β€’ Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethics in all sales activities.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field. β€’ Proven track record of at least 5 years in enterprise and institutional sales, preferably within the blockchain and digital assets industry. β€’ Strong understanding of enterprise requirements and market dynamics. β€’ Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex and multi-year deals. β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. β€’ Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset. β€’ Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must. β€’ Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
