Description

• Create and own sales performance metrics and reporting tools • Establish a Deal Desk process to support quoting, deal approvals and order management • Develop and implement sales territories based on data and GTM strategy • Work closely with our sales teams on a weekly basis • Develop an in-depth understanding of Netlify’s sales process while surfacing data driven recommendations • Use skills in tools like SFDC, Outreach, Gong • Use your skills in tools like Google Sheets to manipulate, analyze, and understand large amounts of data • Work closely with our GTM organization to support Customer Success & Solution Engineering teams • Partner closely across the GTM leadership team

Requirements

• 3-4 years in Revenue/Sales Operations at a growth SaaS organization • Deep SFDC experience, SFDC Administrator certifications are a plus • Success in running project timelines, communicating across business units and guiding Salesforce solutions • The desire to work in a start-up environment, driven to develop business infrastructure, and energetically scaling a high growth business. • A history of solving problems as you spot them • A good sense of curiosity to wonder 'why'? • A deep appreciation for efficiency and simplicity
