• Collaborate with CxO-level customers on strategic roadmaps • Lead client engagements supported by delivery team members • Help leaders embrace new digital operating models • Leverage industry knowledge to build tailored solutions • Support clients in creating or innovating their digital strategy • Liaise with the sales team to align with client needs • Design future state operating models for performance
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in Business Management, Strategy, Technology, or Transformation consulting • Strong background in Go-to-Market optimization, Sales Effectiveness, Revenue Operations, Strategic Pricing, or related areas • Strong background in business strategy definition and business process redesign • Strong collaboration and team building skills • Creative, high-energy, self-starter comfortable in a start up-paced environment • Strong consulting and interpersonal skills • Experience building strong executive relationships • Ability to synthesize complex information • Ability to lead client-facing workshops • Ability to travel to clients when appropriate • Experience with digital innovation and roadmapping projects • Experience with Design Thinking and Human-centered design methodologies
