🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years focused on Incentive Compensation Management (ICM). β€’ 2+ years of experience with incentive plan design. β€’ Solid understanding of accounting operations with specialization in payroll expense and management. β€’ Solid understanding of common payroll regulatory compliance standards. β€’ Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ICM or Salesforce solutions. β€’ Proven track record of leading successful large scale transformation projects, especially in enterprise. β€’ Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party incentive compensation platforms is a strong plus. β€’ Experience in financial and commission reporting, as well as optimizing compensation structures to ensure accuracy and fairness. β€’ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, process builder, Lightning, etc.). β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard development, with an understanding of sales performance analytics. β€’ Experience with integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or REST/SOAP APIs. β€’ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and consultants. β€’ Deep understanding of compensation structures, incentive plans, and sales performance management processes. β€’ Experience with aligning Salesforce solutions with sales and business operations to drive measurable performance improvements.
