β’ Provide technical support for the Neurolutions IpsiHand device β’ Assist customers (stroke survivors) and their caregivers β’ Collaborate with internal Neurolutions teams β’ Become familiar with the IpsiHand system and common customer issues β’ Provide seamless and convenient device support β’ Interact with customers in a professional, supportive, and patient manner β’ Help customers with basic tech support issues β’ Escalate issues when necessary β’ Provide effective communication on escalated issues β’ Ongoing customer support communication
β’ High school diploma or equivalent β’ Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support β’ Experience in medical device support preferred β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β’ Quick learner with the ability to execute seamlessly β’ Experience with web interface and database access
