• Join Our Mission • Nexleaf Analytics is a mission-driven organization at the forefront of technological innovation, dedicated to safeguarding public health in low- and middle-income countries. • Our cutting-edge solutions, such as remote-temperature monitoring for vaccine cold-chain equipment, are active in over 25 countries, playing a critical role in supporting essential health infrastructure. • The Partnerships Manager will lead and execute critical fundraising initiatives to support the organization's mission of driving global health solutions through the digital transformation of low-resource health systems. • This role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, managing the grants and donor relationships lifecycle, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with Nexleaf’s goals. • Identify funding opportunities, engage with donors, and support communications that showcase programmatic successes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as International Affairs, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or Communications. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in international development, global health, or humanitarian sectors, focusing on fundraising. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated success in grant writing and fundraising strategy. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com), budget management, and donor reporting. • A self-starter, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Availability for occasional travel (up to 10%).
