Description

• As Nexoom’s Senior Sales and Business Development Representative. • Responsible for the new sales pipeline, revenue growth, and developing relationships. • Self-starter and take the initiative to seize opportunities. • Identify and negotiate new collaborations. • Develop strategies to maximise their value and ensure successful partnerships. • Access to support from Marketing, Product, and Legal Department. • Passion for and experience in media sales, streaming, influencer marketing, and entertainment. • Exciting opportunity if open to being a contractor. • Secure regional/global deals and partnerships. • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals each quarter. • Create & articulate compelling value propositions.

Requirements

• 6+ years in a full sales cycle role: prospecting, pitching & closing. • Strong digital sales acumen. • Ability to prioritise selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion. • Passion and excitement for the unique needs of entertainment clients. • Existing network of brands and proactively network building with new brands. • Proven global account/client management or project management success. • Expertise in Influencer Marketing, entertainment verticals and live-streaming. • Upselling proficiency for increased client revenue and profitability. • Strategic development, creative solutions, and goal setting. • Innovative problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritisation skills. • Possess excellent oral, written, and communication skills as well as strong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills. • Objection-handling capabilities.
