📋 Description

• Lead the review, negotiation, and finalization of complex procurement contracts to ensure alignment with company objectives, legal standards, and risk management strategies. • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize spending. • Manage risk and compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and standards. • Assist in the implementation and optimization of procurement software systems and integration with existing ERP systems. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders. • Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to agreements. • Oversee day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring efficient and timely operations. • Utilize data analytics to monitor procurement performance and identify improvement areas. • Develop and manage the procurement budget. • Provide regular reports to senior management on procurement performance and expenditures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred. • Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) are a plus. • Minimum of 8–10 years of procurement experience • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing procurement strategies. • Strong experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. • Proficient with procurement software and tools (Sudozi, Coupa, SAP Ariba, etc) • Proficient with Contract Management tools (Ironclad, DocuSign CLM) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights. • Knowledge of sourcing practices and supplier management principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure. • High degree of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices. • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and priorities. • Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
