📋 Description
•We're a small team building the best software for medical practices. •The software you experience at the doctor is often terrible. •We fix this by integrating with the doctor's legacy system and providing easy online scheduling, bill pay via text, digital check-in, interactive reminders, automated waitlist, and more. •We want NextPatient to be every practice’s favorite partner, and that comes from being well-informed, detail-oriented, and easy to work with in every interaction. •At the Associate level, you'll be working under Client Success Managers to cover clients, then move up to managing your own clients as your skills and confidence grow. •You’ll be meeting with the product team regularly to advocate for product enhancements your clients want.
