• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS company. • Proven ability to manage and grow mid-market accounts, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Data-driven mindset, comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics to inform strategy. • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally to drive customer success. • Familiarity with DME/HME operations
