• Responsible for day-to-day execution of Nira Medical’s billing and collection functions • Supervises billing and collections management & staff • Develops strategies and achieves performance targets to meet business objectives • Supports various business goals and initiatives requiring expert input from revenue cycle leadership
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 year’s experience in a revenue cycle leadership role • Prior experience with pharmaceuticals or pharmaceutical services in a physician office, ambulatory infusion, or home infusion setting highly preferred • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks among multiple stakeholders and timetables, and meet deadlines successfully • Outstanding customer service skills. • Excellent presentation and personnel management skill
