• Business Development Manager - Dubai • Reporting Manager: VP Sales • Location: Remote in Dubai • At Nivoda, we are scaling at an unprecedented pace, seeking world-class talent. • As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will lead the charge in transforming potential into partnership and growth. • You will be the architect of customer growth and success, guiding clients to become lifelong advocates of our platform. • The ideal candidate must be fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous. • Nivoda’s sales have grown over 250% in the last 12 months, and the team has grown to over 430 internationally. • This unique opportunity shapes the future of Nivoda in the world’s largest diamond marketplace.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic & English • Good understanding of selling within the UAE • A passion for high-growth environments and a relentless drive to make things happen. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a B2B customer-facing role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • A collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams. • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and an analytical approach to decision-making. • Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market. • Strong data analytics skills, with a history of using insights to drive business decisions. • Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management. • Experience in driving strategic initiatives in a rapidly scaling environment. • Proficiency in reading Arabic
