β’ Who We Are: Noah Medical is building the future of medical robotics. β’ The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) will report to the National Director of Clinical Sales. β’ The CSR will also be responsible for driving procedure and program growth through sales and training activities with physicians. β’ A Day In The Life Of Our Clinical Sales Representative: β’ Provide expert product support to physicians and staff. β’ Achieve a quarterly procedure quota within an assigned territory. β’ Facilitate collection and review of KPIs that will inform quarterly clinical and business reviews. β’ Develop a mastery of the Galaxy System, peripheral bronchoscopy, lung cancer patient journey, and relevant call points. β’ Conduct local marketing, outreach and education events. β’ Support initial physician training, launch week, and program growth. β’ Support the development and management of KOLs within the assigned territory. β’ Comfort with travel approximately 25-50% of the time.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. β’ Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred. β’ Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting. β’ Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously β’ Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities. β’ Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.
