• End-to-end payroll experience and technical payroll knowledge • SAP HR & Payroll module and MS Office experience are essential • Fluent written and oral communication in German and English is a must • Highly proactive and precise working style with attention to details • Ability to provide an excellent employee experience • Team player attitude with a transparent communication style • Polish language fluency would be nice to have
