β€’ The Vice President, Human Resources will lead the HR department β€’ Responsible for HR strategies, policies, and programs supporting the organization's mission β€’ Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations β€’ Foster equity and inclusion in HR practices and organizational strategy β€’ Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent education and work experience β€’ Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization β€’ Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization β€’ Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills β€’ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels β€’ Experience in developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives β€’ Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools β€’ Ability to adapt to changing situations β€’ Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams/departments
