Description

• Manage Nonstop’s day-to-day internal training needs. • Design, develop, and implement educational materials and courses. • Work with team leads on role-based training needs. • Use instructional design principles to create training programs. • Evaluate existing training materials and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelors or higher degree in instructional design or related field • 3+ years of experience in internal corporate training and/or corporate instructional design • Knowledge of instructional design theories/principles/models/best practices • Proven experience in designing and developing learner-centered experiences • Proven proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) • Working experience and knowledge of Google Workspace tools • Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills • High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills • Ability to foster an environment of learning and engagement • Proven presentation and facilitation skills • Experience developing knowledge checks and assessment items • High level of comfort working 100% remotely.
