• Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is a fast-growing health insurance organization with a firm belief that everyone should have access to high-quality, affordable healthcare. • Nonstop is seeking an experienced sales professional with a demonstrable history of success in business-to-business selling through channels. • Ideal candidates must have a strong acumen for healthcare sales, relationship building, and a consultative style. • Successful candidates will work closely with a diverse team in a largely virtual environment (remote work), combined with significant travel. • As the sales consultant located in NYC or Pennsylvania, you will conduct informational meetings and develop broker relationships primarily virtually, with some in-person engagement, especially during peak enrollment times.
• 5 plus years of experience in Sales • Bachelors degree preferred • 2 plus years of experience in Business-to-Business channel sales (through brokers, distributors, etc.) • Experience with preparing proposals and financial analysis • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely • Advanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilities • Excellent presentation and listening skills • Excellent PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheet skills • Willing to travel up to 40% of the time during the off-season • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be able to learn the healthcare benefits industry quickly and pass the state licensing process in your state of residency within the first 60 days after starting on the job • Experience effectively collaborating with various teams and individuals at every level of an organization • Must be located in NYC or Pennsylvania
