β’ The position holder is responsible for the account management & direct sales responsibility for all packaging top customers within the area North east England & Scotland β’ Maintain all packaging customers within designated territory with aim to grow revenue year on year as per the company NBS guidelines & expectations β’ Increase system population through pro-active value selling activities within new, existing & competitive accounts β’ Work to recapitalize existing Nordson installed base through pro-active focus on customers with inefficient & obsolete equipment β’ Introduce, promote & up-sell latest range of Nordson equipment to all customers β’ Develop Aftermarket business with aim to grow spare parts revenue stream including maintenance contracts, training & engineering work β’ Gain firm knowledge of territory through courtesy calls & liaison with Engineering team β’ Generate strong working relationships with adhesive suppliers & transfer knowledge
