📋 Description
• Responsible for operationalizing the commercial supply chain distribution channel • Lead execution of the distribution strategy with trade partners • Day-to-day operations management oversight for distribution partners • Oversight of operations, aligned to trade partner contracts • Analysis of GPO contract performance • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful operations • Develop, analyze, and manage against key performance indicators • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability • Conduct regular business reviews with distribution partners
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree. MBA or advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of proven success in biopharma roles within market access and oral distribution • 5+ years of Oncology experience • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills) • Up to 20% domestic travel
