Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; • MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management with pharmaceutical sponsors. • Deep understanding of the clinical research process, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
