• Create and implement a growth-oriented content marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple customer segments. • Establish and maintain Oceans' brand voice, executing brand marketing and content strategies that drive growth, engagement, and loyalty. • Own and manage Oceans' blog content and social media presence, ensuring consistent, high-quality output. • Test new formats like short-form video production and podcast creation. • Develop and oversee a content calendar that aligns with our business goals and showcases the value of global talent. • Collaborate with other teams to create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the impact of Oceans' services. • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
