Description

• Develop and execute territory plan for OffSec’s cybersecurity training platform sales • Achieve quota attainment in assigned territory • Effective account management and planning skills • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions • Knowledge of US Federal Government’s Contracting/Procurement processes • Generate quotes and support formal proposals • Provide demo of OffSec training platform • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management • Follow up on MQLs and generate leads/prospects • Understand the competitive landscape and OffSec's position • Willing to travel when required.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience selling into the U.S. Federal Government Civilian Agencies • Proven Results • Documented success in similar roles, demonstrating the ability to drive sales and grow market share. • Sense of Urgency • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex deals. • Experience in managing large accounts and maintaining long-term relationships. • Skills in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. • A background in education, business, or related fields can be advantageous. • Advanced degrees or specialized training related to education or sales may be beneficial. • Established connections within the Civilian sector, including relationships with key influencers and decision-makers. • Demonstrated ability to leverage relationships with resellers and distributor partners • Background selling through/to FSI’s, Primes/Subs, within Civilian agencies is a plus • Background or familiarity of selling to the Government of Canada is a plus • Background or experience selling Cybersecurity training or related products is a plus
