Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a consulting, marketing, or research-driven environment. • Proven success in generating 6-figure-dollar engagements, particularly with new clients or new business segments. • Strong knowledge of consultative selling, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior executives, procurement teams, and legal partners. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to the growth of a dynamic, high-performing team.
