β’ At least seven (7) years of experience leading consultative sales cycles to enterprise and high-growth companies β’ Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, and influence purchase and buying decisions β’ Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision-makers β’ Passion for revolutionary technological solutions β’ Experience selling complex hybrid CX solutions β’ Must be able to travel 50% of the time β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Energetic and highly motivated β’ Must possess good decision-making skills, be organized and think strategically β’ Knowledge of sales rep KPIs / conversion metrics β’ Excellent team and relationship building, sales, customer service, critical thinking and interpersonal skills β’ Ability to work independently and on a team results driven with the ability to meet/exceed department metrics/measures. β’ Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge also a Plus!
