• Manage partnerships with mass retailers and broker partners; including key launches, space location, and stock • Maintain positive relationships with retailers to align priorities, strategize, and problem-solve • Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities are maximized • Own all marketing calendars associated with the channel, working with the cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution • Partner cross-functionally with operations, data, and marketing • Drive thoughtful, strategic growth within the channel
Requirements
• At least 5 years of account management or sales experience across mass retailers • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to produce effective presentations and plans to influence clients • Proven results of driving business within existing partners and successfully launching new partnerships • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities • Able to receive and communicate feedback directly
