β€’ Manage partnerships with mass retailers and broker partners; including key launches, space location, and stock β€’ Maintain positive relationships with retailers to align priorities, strategize, and problem-solve β€’ Drive the performance of key accounts to ensure that sales, distribution, and merchandising opportunities are maximized β€’ Own all marketing calendars associated with the channel, working with the cross functional teams to ensure flawless execution β€’ Partner cross-functionally with operations, data, and marketing β€’ Drive thoughtful, strategic growth within the channel

Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years of account management or sales experience across mass retailers β€’ Strong relationship-building skills and ability to produce effective presentations and plans to influence clients β€’ Proven results of driving business within existing partners and successfully launching new partnerships β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and priorities β€’ Able to receive and communicate feedback directly
