Description

• Lead the end-to-end compensation planning cycle, from initial design to deployment, ensuring alignment with Olo’s growth strategies and objectives for all variable incentive plans across the Go-To-Market (GTM) team • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all commission plans across the GTM organization. Clearly communicate the strategy, rationale and calculations behind these plans to stakeholders at all levels • Oversee the quarterly variable pay calculations for the GTM team, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution in collaboration with the payroll team • Partner with the Total Rewards and Sales Operations teams to continuously refine and enhance Sales and CS compensation plans, policies and processes to support evolving business needs • Serve as the central point of contact and manager for variable compensation tools, specifically Everstage, ensuring optimal utilization and integration with existing processes • Develop and implement advanced techniques for compiling, analyzing and presenting compensation-related data, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision making

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in sales compensation, FP&A, or sales operations, preferably within a high-growth tech environment • Hands-on experience with Everstage (required) and advanced knowledge of Google Sheets. Familiarity with Salesforce, including the ability to create and run ad hoc reports • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to manage complex compensation calculations and interpret data to inform compensation strategies • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across various levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to compensation challenges • Legally authorized to work in the United States
