• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the solar energy market, including solar technology, financing models (e.g., power purchase agreements, leasing), and the competitive landscape in Europe. • Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead strategic initiatives. • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities to secure deals and partnerships in new markets. • Financial Acumen: Ability to understand and manage the financial aspects of market entry and expansion. • Regulatory Expertise: In-depth understanding of European energy policies, environmental regulations, and tax incentives related to solar services. • Networking: Strong network within the energy and renewable sectors, both in Europe and internationally. • Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of local customs, business etiquette, and legal frameworks across different European countries.
