• Oversee the development and implementation of key marketing performance indicators • Manage our sampling program, and efficient execution of marketing initiatives • Lead key initiatives that support our continued growth trajectory

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Finance or another related field; MBA a plus • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Sales Operations leadership role • At least 3 years of that experience working on projects related to Sales process improvement • At least 3 years leading a department and/or large-scale project teams • Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching and development skills • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are critical • Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing a team and several activities simultaneously • Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing timely and accurate deliverables • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies • Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
