β€’ Oversee the development and implementation of key marketing performance indicators β€’ Manage our sampling program, and efficient execution of marketing initiatives β€’ Lead key initiatives that support our continued growth trajectory

Requirements

β€’ BA/BS in Business, Finance or another related field; MBA a plus β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Sales Operations leadership role β€’ At least 3 years of that experience working on projects related to Sales process improvement β€’ At least 3 years leading a department and/or large-scale project teams β€’ Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching and development skills β€’ Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills are critical β€’ Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing a team and several activities simultaneously β€’ Ability to work in a deadline focused, dynamic environment, consistently producing timely and accurate deliverables β€’ Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies β€’ Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
