Requirements

• Proven experience as an in-house recruiter or in a similar role recruiting (for tech roles primarily) • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • A passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Benefits

• The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. • In return for helping us to grow, we’ll offer you company equity, meaning you own a piece of this business we are all working so hard to build.
