📋 Description
• Play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of developer-centric and end-user-facing products • Responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and engaging interfaces for blockchain products • Contribute to overall product strategy, ensuring seamless user interactions across ecosystem
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in Web3, fintech, or developer tools • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) • Experience designing developer-focused platforms or consumer-facing blockchain products • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in Web3 UX • Ability to translate complex blockchain concepts into simple and intuitive interfaces • Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability testing • Familiarity with frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, React is a plus) • Passion for Web3, decentralized applications, and blockchain technology • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
