• About Us: One Medical is a primary care solution challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. • The Opportunity: As a Virtual Medical Director, you’ll lead a remote team of behavioral health providers. • Managerial: Ensure providers meet clinical standards and support their professional development. • Clinical: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing treatment for a wide range of psychiatric concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team of providers and clinical program leadership experience • Must have an active license in WA • Must be a LCSW, LMFT or LMHC and able to practice independently with no current supervision requirements • Experience with providing evidence based psychotherapeutic interventions/approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapies (ACT, CBT, DBT), brief interpersonal therapy and/or other evidenced short term models • Able to provide professional CME presentations to various internal and external audiences • Willing to work in Pacific time zone • Willingness to be credentialed by our Health Service Partner
