• About Us • One Medical is a primary care solution challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. • The Opportunity • As we continue to expand and transform the primary care experience, we’re looking for energetic and passionate leaders to manage the people, processes and technology that make One Medical unique. • In collaboration with your manager, the National Behavioral Health Director, and your operations partner, you’ll solve problems and shape our organizational priorities. • You will be able to continually develop your management and leadership skills as you learn about our business and its operations and engage your team. • Managing a remote team of behavioral health providers (Therapists, Care Managers and Psychiatric Consultants) and ensuring that the providers on your team meet our clinical standards and patient care needs. • Guiding and supporting providers’ professional development. • Partnering with operations manager to support a collaborative, positive provider community.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team of providers and clinical program leadership experience • Must have an active license in California • Must be either a licensed Clinical Psychologist PhD, PsyD or EdD in Psychology • Experience with providing evidence based psychotherapeutic interventions/approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapies (ACT, CBT, DBT), brief interpersonal therapy and/or other evidenced short term models • Able to provide professional CME presentations to various internal and external audiences • Willing to work in Pacific time zone • Willingness to be credentialed by our Health Service Partner
