Description

• Responsible for promoting and selling assigned Pearl Insurance coverage(s) to potential clients • Handles servicing clients during their first year of policy coverage with Pearl • Conduct a high volume of customer contact via the phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and sell assigned coverage(s) • Utilize marketing campaigns, advertising, and other marketing methods to meet monthly and annual sales goals in a defined territory • Present the quote or estimate to the potential client; close the sale • Facilitate the application and underwriting process with the potential client and the internal underwriter • Document sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Build and maintain customer relationships by responding to various questions, needs, and requests

Requirements

• Associate degree in business management, marketing, or a related field • 2+ years of previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization • Property and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain) • Regular use of a personal computer
