Description

• Sales associates are responsible for selling merchandise, program booklets, and other items that are available at the merchandise booth. • Provide the studio directors with their information packets and bags upon arrival. • Answer general questions from customers including dancers, parents, and directors. • Greet and direct customers to where they need to go. • Assist directors when studios check in. • Restock and fold merchandise before the event ends. • Complete an inventory sheet after each event. • Distribute free gifts to registered dancers at regional events. • Create an experience for all in attendance and be a customer service liaison.
