β€’ Lead the product development efforts for the Marketplace offering inside OneFootball's ecosystem β€’ Serve as the crucial link between product development teams and the market β€’ Lead efforts in understanding and segmenting our customer base, deep-diving into their journey and discovery process β€’ Stay ahead of market trends, competitive messaging, and dynamics to inform strategic decisions β€’ Develop product go-to-market plans, guiding their execution and necessary adaptations β€’ Analyse funnel dynamics to optimise product offerings and growth β€’ Collaborate closely on branding and pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness β€’ Align programmatic marketing activities with overall product strategy to maximise impact β€’ Frame the go-to-market story narrative and build a strong relationship with our business verticals β€’ Work in tandem with marketing teams on activities and campaigns that drive demand and build community engagement β€’ Enable fandom and communities across the OneFootball ecosystem β€’ Spearhead customer lifecycle management initiatives, focusing on enhancing engagement and conversion β€’ Gain a deep understanding of the funnel and conversion behaviours to inform strategic marketing and product development decisions

Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in eCommerce and/or online marketplace β€’ Deep customer curiosity and strong, active listening β€’ Genuine product curiosity β€’ A strategic mindset that is also execution-strong, capable of translating vision into action β€’ Proven ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines, fostering a unified approach to product marketing β€’ Strong verbal and written communication skills β€’ A broad understanding of marketing principles and tactics β€’ Business acumen that complements your marketing expertise β€’ Technical competence that allows for meaningful conversations with product development teams and a deep understanding of our products
