• Onity is seeking a Senior Counsel for Mortgage Originations Compliance. • Collaborate with growth and originations organizations for legal compliance solutions. • Stay updated with mortgage regulations impacting originations. • Advise on new loan products and interpret regulatory requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• JD and current bar admission required. • Minimum seven years of experience in mortgage originations. • In-depth knowledge of federal and state mortgage regulations including RESPA, TILA, and HMDA. • Experience supporting various lending channels. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills. • Corporate law department experience is a plus.
